A message box (Name: ADSAsClient31CA….htm / Type: HTML Document / From: rad.ms.com)

When I have logged on to Windows Live Messenger, a message box (Name: ADSAsClient31CA....htm / Type: HTML Document / From: rad.ms.com) keeps popping up whenever I try to create a chat with people online.  
This message box will only go off when I close Windows Live Messenger.  
How to solve this problem?
