I previously posted about the problem I have with my Lumia 925 not synching with my Microsoft account. I get the message "there's a problem with bay-m.hotmail.com. Try again later." Error code 85010014.
The moderators looked into this and kindly adjusted my account but the error remained. The suggested I reset my phone but I am reluctant to do this.
I have set up an additional Outllook account on the phone but using the same email address and password as the Microsoft account. This new account now synchs my emails, contacts and calendar. The error message on the Microsoft account remains but at least all my data is at last synching.
I presume there must be some sort of configuration problem in the phone's settings.
Does anyone have any ideas?
