I have to access my microsoft account in connection with my Son's xbox.  As I am going to access sensitive information a code has been sent to another email address.  When I went to this address to get the code; I found that the address is no longer valid and any emails sent to it cannot be retrieved.  I believe it is going to take 30 days to reset, which means that my Son will not have use of his xbox live for this period.
