I tried to access my xbox live profile and i was unable to as it said that there was something wrong with my microsoft account with the code 8015D02E on the xbox. i tired to log into my account on outlook.com but i got the message 'There looks like someone might be using your acccount' so i tried to verify that it was might account but i do not remember the password to my other account as i havnt used it for a few years. DO NOT ask me to fill out another questionnaire as i have filled out a couple now and i keep getting rejected. problem is i have not used this hotmail account for some time and i do not recall using it to send any emails or create any folders so i can not answer that question on the questionnaire. the only reason that i still have this account is so that i can play online on my xbox with it. is there any chance i can change the account that i use my xbox account on? i dont see why i have to pay for my xbox live account if i am unable to play on it.
