Hiya, I have tried to submit an account recovery form 6 times now and it keeps getting denied . I have had my hotmail account for 8 years and it has my whole life in there (CV, university info etc). I have tried calling a microsoft windows contact centre only to find out this was a scam. I would be grateful for any help as to how to get my account back. Many thanks, Kim.
