Hi, i forgot my pasword and Microsoft tried sending it to my email, but i the email provided for recovery was the same which i couldn't access;
now i'm waiting for the support team who asked some information from me to get back to me to see if they will provide me with my account.
It's been 4 days and i cannot wait anymore. Can someone tell me how can i email them or how i can follow it up??
