New computer with Win8. When I sign into my email acct through my server I get my mail but could not print any mail, a box comes up saying turn off pop up blocker, tried that, didn't work. Called my server they told me with Win8 I have to have a MS acct.
and sign in to my email through that & it would fix the problem of printing my email. I set up a new MS acct and went to add MY EMAIL ADDRESS so I could get my mail clicking on the Start Menu 'Mail'. When I put My Email Address it tells me "That one is taken,
enter another email" That is MY EMAIL address, I get my mail when signing into my server, Charter.net. So I have no other email address to enter. I'm told only way to print my emails, which is important, is signing in thru my MS acct, yet MS wont let me put
in MY EMAIL ADDRESS. What do I do? Cant find someone to ask how to fix!! I need to print my mail !!!!
