After Synchronization

Hi,
I had a factory reset on My Lumia 720 & when i opened it, i saw Music & podcast option in store but it was just B4 the synchronization.
When i Sync My WP to my outlook account, Music & Podcast Option just vanished from store option....
My phone is up to date i;e running on Amber update ...
Anyone tell me what is the problem going on?
