Please Please help!! Hi, I set up a hotmail account for my new born son 3 years ago and we have been posting letters and pics tp him every so often. I have just gone in and all the emails are gone and there is an email from hotmail saying welcome to hotmail and how to set up etc. How do i get all the emails back or who do i contact? please help.
