• The Hotmail account is active and has been for over a decade
• I did NOT delete the folders- just got up one AM last week and they were gone
• I have restarted my PC and logged in on my Windows phone, my Windows 8 PC, my iphone and my kindle without problems
• I am getting new emails so the account has not been deleted
• I do not have a virus on my machine
• I have not opened up any "bad" apps or emails
• I really need them back

  I cannot find anything online except that others have had a similar issue. Please help me. Thanks
