I just went onto Sky Drive and found almost all my photos had disappeared. I just have empty files. I have searched other users' problems, and it seems I am not the first person to experience this problem, and that Microsoft have not published any fix
(they just said things like "oh, maybe you deleted them, check the recycle bin..." er, no, I didn't do that).
I'm in the process of getting them back now - I've had to open up my old, slow, almost dead PC where the folders were stored originally and re-sync them. But I shouldn't need to do this! I've uploaded them so I don't have to worry about my old PC dying
on me... This is exactly one of the problems Sky Drive is supposed to solve. So, Microsoft, can you provide some sort of explanation? Or should I just switch to DropBox or Google Drive or one of the miriad other cloud storage services which seems to work properly?
Thanks
