I have been trying to get my 2^nd hotmail account back since 8/12. I keep getting blocked account and a response of "code of conduct" violation. I only use this account for family and friends.  I have lost all my contacts and a folder I created when my Dad passed away.  I am sick about this and I believe someone must have hacked it as I can't image what I would have done to violate the "code of conduct".  There is no one to get info from to tell me what the violation is so I just don’t understand.  My account is verified as I answered all the password, e-mail, subject questions.  I don’t know what else to do… PLEASE HELP.
