I have been communicating with Microsoft Community since August, 2013 regarding issues with Movie Maker.  There was a one month 'pause' while I tried some other things and then I responded on November 28, 2013.  I did not receive the usual email acknowledgement of receipt of my message nor have I received a response from any moderators.  Can I expect a response or do I have to start this whole process over again (I hope not)?
