I want to cancel my hotmail account/terminate my hotmail email account and have been unable to do so after multiple attempts.  I have followed instruction posted in multiple other threads with no luck.  I have verified I have no active accounts and cannot terminate my billing option as requested.  Multiple spam emails continue to go out to my contact list (even though I've deleted every email folder and deleted my contact list).  I have already reset my password multiple times etc.  I do not use my  hotmail address and would like help closing it permanently and immediately.  Please contact me back via private message so I can provide whatever info you need and follow whatever instructions you have to make this happen as soon as possible.  Thanks you.
