Hello, I have an account with Microsoft which I use for Xbox live. This account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I cannot access my account as it says I need to change the password as they think someone else is using it/ it has been hacked. I cannot however receive the password reset link as the email address on the account is old and I cannot access it. Is it possible to get the password reset link sent to my new email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** so I can access both my microsoft account and Xbox live account. I do not want to have to start up a new xbox live account and spend another £40 on Gold. If it is possible I would also like to move all the data on the account to my new email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** so I can prevent this issue happening in the future.
