Hello,
I cannot log-on to my Windowslive account which means I cannot get to my Windowslive Email account... and I do not know what in the heck is going on....
Upon trying to log-on I get a message about 'Looks like someone else has been trying to use your email account'... "click NEXT" and sends me to another page...
Then shows me a VERY OLD email address back about 10 years ago when I was at YAHOO... and wants to send me a new password... So, I had to set-up a new account at Outlook.com... and use this new email account to send me my new password...
Now upon trying to get Microsoft to send me a New Password... I CANNOT... Microsoft ask me 4 questions... (1) Other passwords that I have used... (2) Email subjects of email that I have sent... (3) Name of other folders that I made... (4) Email address of contacts...
Well short and sweet... (1) In 10 years I only used 1 password... (2) I only sent out 2 email subjects... (3) I never made a new folder... (4) I always let Outlook remember my contact email address...
So, now I am getting a automated response... "Sorry - you did not give us enough information - try a new request and fill out the form with more information".... Well, I have filled out the form with all the information that I have...
(1) How can I get away from the automated response and get a real live person to help me?
(2) How can I get my Microsoft account log-on problem fixed
