I have windows 7 home premium, installed Microsoft office pro 2013. When I launch Outlook 2013, the new account wizard did not launch. I proceed to click on the FILE Tab, and click on the "Add Account" button, but nothing happens. I even tried to access the "Account Settings" and once again nothing happens? Can someone assist me?
