Hi I apologise for starting a new thread about this but I have already posted about this before, was asked in a Private Message by a Mod to provide my PUID and then nothing was ever done, no contact nothing afterwards. When I go to deactivate my account I'm told I cannot due to billing and to cancel my subscriptions. I have never been subscribed to anything on MSN/Hotmail so could someone please help and follow it through this time?
