I have tried to delete all messages for an account I no long want in outlook, I have been left with 60 message which will not delete either by clicking delete or dragging to the deleted items box.  I have deleted the account and have not accounts in outlook, I want to delete these emails before I add another account.  I have rebuild the database but this did not help. I am using Outlook 2011 and Mountain Lion all are updated.
