So I would like to setup forwarding on my email address, but I am unable to do so become of some verification loop I'm seemingly stuck in. The message I get is as follows:

I click on verify my account and then get the following message:

(phone number)

I hit done and then go back to my account. But when I click email forwarding again, I get the same message as before about the feature being disabled. I've looked around online and found a bunch of different things about this, such as, I have to use the
account for a couple days, etc. But nothing works. I've also tried removing the phone number and readding it to basically go through a manual verification process, but that still doesn't work.
Any insight into this issue would be immensely appreciated, and I apologize if the solution was already out there and I was unable to find it.
