This is my third request for HELP. I cannot get into my email account since I recently changed my password. I created a new email account which when I went to use it the message said this account doesn't exist. I am
using an old email account which I dare not log off from incase something happens to this one too. I had a message from the Microsoft Team saying I would receive a reply to my request within 24 hours, have heard nothing. The ref code on the Microsoft email
is SRX121154475231D. DAYS ARE STARTING TO GO BY AND I GET NO HELP ON THIS REQUEST!!!!!!! AT THE MOMENT HAVE A VERY LOW OPINION OF MICROSOFT AND CAN SEE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS FELT INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED WITH THEM.
