Ok... so after three attempts from xbox supports, to windows phone support, finally to Microsoft support. I am still having an issue migrating my account from the United States to Jamaica. I keep getting an error message saying I cannot migrate my account
at this time, EVEN though windows phone support says I have no restrictions preventing me from migrating. I need this resolve soon cause I want to purchase apps for my windows phone. And I do not own an Xbox console, just a windows phone.
