Once again this morning I have signed into my Outlook e-mail and have found that I cannot open my e-mails. This is the second time this week I have been unable to access my mail. Can anyone tell me if this will ever be permanently fixed so that Outlook
functions as a reliable e-mail program? I am still wondering why Microsoft pushed and insisted that everyone had to switch to Outlook at the time they had designated. This program has never been functional in a consistent or reliable manner. This switch
was premature. Outlook was NOT ready for market and still isn't. How can this be resolved permanently so that I have a mail program that does the simple basic thing of working and doing what I need it to do?
