Cannot see Calendar Events for Outlook 2011 for Mac using Exchange Server

I cannot see my calendar events on Outlook 2011.  I have rebuilt the database.

I was able to see them before.

I have checked the calendar on the navigation pane.

I have 2 exchange calendars and one is working fine.
