PLEASE HELP!  I have tried to search previous messages relating to my problem, but I am not very computer literate and the answers make no sense to me.  My email was working fine until Friday and now the message I get is: 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Epix (judirpr) account. The connection to the server has failed.

can anyone tell me IN VERY SIMPLE TERMS what the problem is and how to fix it?  THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
