Unable to send or receive messages for my Windows Live account. I'm trying to check my email as usual via my email shortcut on my desktop as I normally do. I keep getting this message:

Server Error: 3204

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

I cannot send or receive mail. I have deleted the account and re-added it. Nothing works. And now that I have deleted the account and re-added it, it cannot sync because it cannot sign me in. It says it cannot sign me in and I have no idea what's wrong as everything has been fine all day today.
