"Cannot Send Mail..The username or password for "Hotmail Account" is incorrect". I have tried deleting and reinstalling the the Hotmail account on her phone but to no avail. I took her iPhone to the Apple Store and diagnostics show that there are no hardware problems. She does have the updated iOS 7.0.2 as I do have on mine, so this shouldn't be the problem. Again, Hotmail works fine elsewhere when I connect except her iPhone. Any suggestions?
