I just added my domains here, and have the email DNS configuration correct.
As I was adding 3 accounts, 2 were rejected as already being existing, so I imported them. I've gotten into one of the imported accounts - by going through the "Can't access your account" link, but the second one as I'm typing in the distorted letters, the page just tells me "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again."
The email account I cannot access is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** The name of the account is exactly the same as shows on the Member Accounts page under my domain.
