I am trying to access my @live.com account the last 3 days and I keep receiving the message "That password is incorrect. Make sure you're using the password for your Microsoft account." I have tried to reset the password 7 - 8 times with no luck. I contacted
the Microsoft support chat and they recommended to fill in the account recovery form. I did this and I received confirmation that account has been recovered and I have to reset my password. I did that again but when I tried to log in I got the same error message
again. Is there any way to get proper Microsoft support? This is very frustrating as this account is used for my XBOX live account and I cannot access my profile services/apps through XBOX that I already pay.
