I logged into my xbox today for the first time in a few days after adding 4000 points a few days ago. When i tried to sign into xbox live it wanted my email account and password. I do not remember the password. So i clicked on the forgot password link I go to the password reset form, put in an alternate email and then get put to the recover your microsoft account page, fill in as much information as i can and it continually says " You didn't provide us with enough information to confirm your identity. Please complete more fields in addition to the ones you have currently completed ".
