When creating accounts in a Windows Live Domain for an account I got a message that the account already existed prior to the domain becoming part of Windows Live Domains and asking if I wanted to import or delete the account, I chose import and I can see the account in the list of member accounts, however we cannot access the account - when trying to sign in we get the error message "The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again". Trying to reset the password we get the error message "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again." What do we have to do to get access to this account?
