So I had an issue that everytime I logged into my account I had a blank screen. In response to this I called customer support and during the process the alternative email was switched to that of the person that was helping me so that he could access the
account and fix what ever was wrong with it. After that the alternative email remained that persons email and I was never told what the password is. So I called back and customer support seemed to be confused by my problem so told me to submit a verification
form. 8 verification forms later no help. Called again and all the help I received was submit a verification form. Apparently my verification forms didnt supply enough info even if I filled out all boxes but 2. All I was simply asking if for them to changed
my alternative email (which belonged to one of them) back to the previous alternative email which is apparently impossible. I've had the email address for about 9 years or so now and most likely forgot some things. Its used for email purposes, connecting with
people and my xbox live account so i can verify credit card info and previous passwords and all but recent emails I can't because I've been at this problem for months. What can I possibly do next? I really want this email.
