I can't access my live ID account. When I tried to reset my password it said that the account does not exist. Apparently another account was set up using my alternative email account. This email account does not have any of the files I originally have.
I tried to change the alias back to my original email account, but it said that name is already taken. I've called customer service and they gave me a site where I can try to reset it, but the survey said my account does not exist. I've called customer service
again, but was redirected to this Q&A page.
