I created a hotmail address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) a long time ago as a parent account for my son's Xbox Live account. Recently Xbox updated their Terms of Use, and asked for the password to my hotmail email. After it said the password was invalid I went to log in to the email address on my computer. When I logged into the email it said that someone else may be using my account. I cannot receive the security code because it is being sent to an email address which no longer exists nor do I have access to it. I need to have the security code sent via phone number or to the current email address I have.
