I tried to close my account yesterday and got some error about there was a problem with the server.  Today, when I try to close my account, it tells me that I need to deactivate my account.  When I try to deactivate my account it keeps saying go to https://billing.microsoft.com.  This URL goes back to Microsoft Account - Recent Transactions. All subscriptions are cancelled.  It won't let me Remove Payment Option (Discover Card).  So there is no way to get the card removed to / or Close the account...;  THIS ACCOUNT HAS APPARENTLY BEEN HACKED AND SINCE MICROSOFT IS NOT ACCEPTING THE CLOSE PROCEDURE, THIS HOTMAIL / EMAIL IS LIABILITY TO BOTH ME AND MICROSOFT.  HELP PLEASE!!!  *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
