Hi. my e-mail server can't send any e-mail to hotmail around 10 day. my ip server is 27.254.38.130 , domain is "buddygroupthailand.com". hotmail server reject and bounce with "421 RP-001 (SNT0-MC3-F25) Unfortunately, some messages from 27.254.38.130 weren't sent. Please try again. We have limits for how many messages can be sent per hour and per day. You can also refer to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors." i try to access and fill information detail with support link "https://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=edfsmsbl&ct=eformts" but so may many time it's not work(after put all detail and cap char then submit it will reload to fill information again - not show ticket) Another way to report my problem to postmaster support team to fix my problem?
