can’t edit/view personal info

I receive the following error message when accessing https://account.live.com/editprof.aspx:

We're unable to retrieve information for this section at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later.

I can't modify my personal info. Please help

This is long time issue and not yet resolved. Please don't give standard answer and check my account as this is account specific issue
