Hi,

When I try to open "wlsetup-web_exe" to install, I get "Choose the program you want to use to open this file."

A window of program icons then appears; none of which relate to Essentials or Movie Maker. - There is an option to Browse for a suitable program, but I don't know what to look for.

I tried uninstalling my AVS4YOU video and audio programs, then tried disabling "Real Time Fault Protection" in Security Essentials, … still without success.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
