For the past week, the same message keeps popping out saying that I need to close my Office 365 account, because it's not compatible with my outlook account. I don't even know what this mean. I don't have an office 365 account. I even change my password just to see if it will work. Nada.    I really need to log into my outlook email account, because I receive a lot of important stuff. Please help, really upset.
