I tried to get into my hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and was given the message that my account is blocked due to suspicion of hacking.  I have tried several times to reset my account, but I have only received one response from Microsoft telling me I didn't provide enough verification information - no responses the rest of the time.  Can anyone help me?  I need this account because I am searching for a job and I have used this email address as my contact information.
