Hi,

I am having troubles resetting my password for my Hotmail account.

I havent logged into my account for years and I would like to amend the details as its my ps network email account, but when i go through the process of resetting the password the "enter character" part in the reset password always ALWAYS keeps showing me as incorrect email or characters.

NEITHER the hotmail or characters im entering are incorrect, im slightly started to get frustrated. I cant use the other option as i dont have the number assigned to that hotmail.

Could someone please assist, i REALLY need to get into that email account.
