I cannot open my Windows Live Mail program.  The box appears saying it is loading and then another box appears with this message:

Unable to send or receive messages for Hotmail.co (lisawebb70 account)

Server Error:  0x80004005
Server 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID 0x80004005

I am using Windows 7 and have been using Live Mail with no problems for a year until now.
