When I log into my outlook (which I've had for years since it was hotmail, they say they need to confirm  that I can receive a security code by phone to verify my account. My home # is listed so I clicked SEND but never got the code, Tried again -  same result. Can you only get the code via text to a cell phone? I don't have a cell phone.   I can still access my outlook account by ckicking "SKIP", but it appears my acct. will be locked in three days - UGH.
