My Hotmail account generally works fine, but I can no longer receive e-mails from one particular person. Their e-mail account is in my contacts list and my safe sender list and is not in my blocked sender list; it also worked fine until two days ago. I
have taken the steps described here ( http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/hotmail-email/im-not-receiving-emails-sent-by-my-family-or/377a9bf3-7975-4d76-a6eb-04dcc6d68097), and am still not getting e-mail from this person. It's not showing up in junk, they're on my safe list,
in my contacts and not on my blocked list. I've even cleared my blocked list, to no avail. I have no e-mail sorting rules and my Junk filter is set to standard. I contacted Microsoft tech support online and was told to post the issue here. Any help would be
appreciated.
