Again, I tried to sign into XBL the other day and it asked me to verify my identity with my password and email address which I haven't used in six years - I can't remember it and I've exhausted all the options available. No matter what password I enter now, it just says that there's a problem with the account. When I try to recover my password with my security question it never works (unsure of who my favourite teacher was 6 years ago) and I've filled in the account recovery form so many times that now whenever I do that it just gives my final warnings and tells me to open a new account.

I want to link my current Microsoft Account to my XBL Gamertag, and remove the current one from it. I can't do this through the usual method of signing in and changing, and nobody can seem to offer any answers.

Rather than locking this thread and simply providing links to useless other FAQ pages, could someone please either solve the problem or put me in contact with someone who can.
