Can’t send or receive mail from my work mail account

We seem to have a problem sending and receiving mail from my work domain to any hotmail or outlook.com mail account.

Is there some kind of filter blocking mail from my Domain.

I have done a blacklist check on my mail server and we are not blacklisted.
