I hope someone out there can help with my problem because Microsoft is no help at all.

My problem is with Windows Live Mail.  When I try to open any of my old emails I get the following a dialog box and in it is these notes, " A problem occurred while trying to open this message" and " A problem has occurred. Please try again".  I have tried hundreds of times and still get the same message.

Does anyone out there know how I can fix this problem???  I can't rely on Microsoft because they keep sending to someone else with no knowledge on how to correct my problem.

Hello, I am needing some help. I have been using WML 2012 absolutely fine from my Sky/ yahoo email account into WML 2012. Yesterday I got the message below and have not been able to send emails from this account.

I can receive emails ok but i can not send any mail. I have called Sky support and they say no problems from their side. I have checked my pop and smtp settings and all looks good. I'm pulling my hair out as i can't see to get a solution. Can anyone assist me please. Best wishes, Nicola

Hello,

I am trying to move storage folders from Windows Live Mail 2012 to the Mail app in Windows 10, as explained in "Windows Live Mail 2012 will not connect to Outlook.com", under "Move data to Mail app for Windows" - "For locally stored emails".

Problem: drag and drop or copy/paste functions (under #4) do not work.

Question: how can I activate either one of those two functions?

Thank you.
