When I double click on messages to open them, they open, but are hidden and I cannot maximize them.
How do I get these to open?
I use Windows Live Mail in conjunction with Windows 10. Generally no problems.
Today, two messages I tried to send via my Astound (Wave) account did not go; they remain in my outbox. I click each separate message and click send/receive; nothing happens.
The tech folks at Astound won’t help, since they do not support Microsoft products. I can’t find anything on the MS website that directly addresses the matter.
Can anyone offer suggestions on how to get the Outbox messages on their way?
I hit the wrong button & my computer upgraded to windows 10. I hated it so went back to windows 7. I am now unable to delete any e-mails that were in the system at the time of the upgrade. I am also unable to delete deleted items in mass. I was able
to drag the junk mail over to the deleted folder but can not delete from there unless I go one by one. I have tried to repair Windows live thru the control panel. It goes to about 95% & then I get the message I have lost the internet connection. I have

I use Windows live mail because it groups my mail by "Unread from Contacts". That is a life saver. However Windows Live Mail will sit for hours without sending or receiving mail. The error message of ox80072ee2 comes up and says failed send and receive.
If I shut my PC down, the mail will probably work at that time. I seem to have the latest build of 16.4.3528.0331. I am using a high end PC and Windows 10. Any suggestions to keep this working?
Has Microsoft ended support for Windows Live Mail 2012? I really like this email program and prefer it over the built in e mail and calendar app of Windows 10 but if support has ended for Windows Live Mail 2012, does that mean that it is a less secure
than the built in e mail and calender app of Windows 10? Thanks.

I am able to receive emails, but when I try to send an email, I receive a dialog box stating that "Windows Live Mail has stopped working" "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." But I never receive a solution.
I tried to open the event log but received an error, "MMC could not create the snap-in." I don't know what else to try.

I tried windows 10 once before. It was fine I guess except that my windows live mail was no longer "compatible" to which the pre-install said nothing about and compatibility issue with it. So, now it didn't work. Couldn't open it, transfer, update access...etc
any longer. went through the entire process re-intall windows 7, that was fun. So now after many months your telling me to upgrade or else. Have you fixed the problem? If not then please explain someone why I would want to change to 10? Don't go on and on
about all the tech specifics, I get it. However, I would like to know if the windows essential that is connected to windows live mail will now work with Windows 10. Need to hear from someone who has dealt with this, because were not all DBA's out here, lol.
