What is the maximum message length that can be sent with Windows Live Mail?

Live Mail not receiving emails but Outlook works

My Live Mail stopped receiving emails a few months ago although Outlook continues to work fine. My Live Mail was set up by the phone company provider. It does not appear to be an internet site but seems to be a program on my computer, in the upper left corner it says Inbox - Windows Live Mail. I got used to Live Mail and would prefer to continue to use it instead of Outlook.

The server URL for my Live Mail is DeltaSync so I suspect this is the problem.

There seems to be no synchronization between my Outlook.com, Office Outlook, and my Live Mail.

Windows Live Essentials says I am using the current version.

Can I update the server URL to make my old Live Mail receive mail?

I am having to repair Windows Live Mail onn almost a daily basis. I do this via the Windows Essentials 2012 Repair facility. Can anyone suggest a more permanent reapir?

My email link is working fine, but when my wife logs in  as a different user, her email icon has dropped off the start page.  Its been working fine for months, but now, although mail is still listed under most used, and both her email addresses are listed in settings, there is no icon to click! I have added her address to my log in and she can access emails from there but thats hardly ideal.  Suggestions please!

BTW, this is actually her typing on my sign in.

Downloaded 10 reverted to 8.1 and now emails folder blank, cannot send or receive emails

Windows 10 began to unload and my emails became haphazard, I then reverted to windows 8.1 and lost all my historic emails so that my inbox and outboxes are blank. I now cannot receive or send emails from Windows Live Mail 12.  If there is anyone with suggestions as to how to retrieve my emails I would be grateful.

Some time ago, my computer installed Windows 10 without my permission.   I had Windows 7 before that and was happy with it.  It took some time but I am finally getting used to it I think.  My email with Windows 7 was Windows Live and still is.  I can receive and send emails.  But my biggest headache is that my group contacts are not always there.   The list shows them there, but when I check the list under the "edit mode" only a few names on the list are shown.  I have tried to use Windows Essentials to update or correct this and sometimes it works.  But most of the time it doesn't, even as administrator.  It makes it very inconvenient and time consuming to have to type in each name separately  on the Cc or Bc line.  What is going on and what can I do fix it?  I see a few comments on  line that Windows 10 and Windows  Live are not compatible, yet the stories others tell are much worse then mine.  At least I get the emails.  But what is going on here?  Anyone know?  Even my computer "guru" can not figure it out.  Weird.

Hi, I have MSE and love it. However, today I went to get on my computer and it was orange, unprotected. I did a quick scan and it did fine and the two boxes were checked, where everything was ok. But around the window of MSE, it was still orange. Then when I tried to question about it, it said "Do you want to install MSE? I have had them for quite sometime. I have tried to get help but haven't had any luck. Should I reinstall MSE? Please tell me what I have done wrong. I have windows 7. Any information you can give will be appreciated. Thank you.
