How can I create a backup copy of my folders that contain my saved emails.

My windows live mail was perfectly OK when I had windows 8.1 since changing over to windows 10 it sometimes works and sometimes not. In the last few days it has given up altogether, keeps asking to be debugged which does not work either. Is there an update I have missed or something else I can try as working on Mail is nothing like as good.

Win 7 Have microsoft security esentials and {aparently} windows defender on my computer.

@ control panel it seems esentials is running;   And there is an option to turn on Defender.

For the last week my contacts that have Shaw email accounts do not receive them, however everyone else does. My Telus provider advises that it is a Microsoft problem, I cannot get anywhere with Microsoft and need help. I love my Vista and hope I can keep it. Help please

I have a new computer and when I open email and print preview it, it only shows about half of it from left to right. And,that's what is prints. I've tried everything...I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
